1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the product was purchased under a promotional discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement of the same product after verification.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used health supplements
- Products without original packaging or seal
